SMS Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and check one of our SMS consent boxes on our order page, we may send you text messages of the type you consented to receive — either non-marketing account messages (account-ready notifications, login reminders, onboarding messages) or marketing text messages (special offers, discounts, service updates, and cart reminders). No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your phone number. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to send the messages you opted in to receive from AIS and to respond to your inquiries.

Third-Party Services

We share limited data with trusted third-party services we rely on to operate the platform, only to the extent necessary for those services to function:

• Stripe and FanBasis — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Twilio — SMS and voice communications.
• Turso (LibSQL) — database hosting.
• Coolify / Contabo — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.
