Terms of Service

By signing up for or purchasing AIS, a product of Mediadealer LLC (“AIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

AIS provides a hosted website platform. Customers receive one or more pre-built websites hosted on our infrastructure with SSL, lead-capture forms, and optional custom-domain connection.

Purchase & Payment

  • Your purchase is a one-time payment. There are no recurring or subscription charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.
  • After purchase you may be offered optional add-on products at additional one-time prices. These are entirely optional.
  • Your card is securely saved by our payment processor so that if you choose an add-on, the charge can be processed without re-entering your card.
  • We will never charge your card without your explicit action.

SMS & Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and check one of our SMS consent boxes on the order page, you expressly consent to receive text messages from AIS, operated by Mediadealer LLC, at the number provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Two separate consent boxes are offered — one for non-marketing account messages and one for marketing messages — and either or both may be left unchecked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@aischeckout.com or by phone at (971) 370-2676.

Carriers and message delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages at a frequency that varies based on the consent stream you opted in to (account-related events and onboarding outreach for the non-marketing stream; periodic offers and updates for the marketing stream). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform to host content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIS and Mediadealer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised.
